Simon's Commitment
Ice Cream comes in many shapes, flavours and sizes. It also comes in degrees of creaminess. The creaminess relates to the amount of air relative to the amount of butter fat used to make the ice cream. The ice cream I make is super creamy. It has the highest level of butter fat allowed for ice cream. If it were any higher we would be making flavoured butter, not ice cream.
Here at Simon's we make all our ice cream on the premises to ensure the freshness and quality of our product. Our milk contains 14% butter fat and less than 10% air. Air is the most most important ingredient in ice cream. The less air there is, the less ice crystals can form, which helps enusure the smooth creamy quality that our ice cream is known for. ( known in the industry as super premium ice cream ) Our commitment to you our customers is to provdide a ice cream experience you will not forget.
